Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and motivate retail teams to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Train and coach staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and operational procedures
- Monitor inventory levels, stock displays, and visual merchandising standards
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly while maintaining brand reputation
- Implement promotional strategies and ensure compliance with company policies
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Coordinate daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and cash management
- Collaborate with management to analyze sales data and identify improvement opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of retail experience with supervisory responsibilities
- Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire and develop teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets and KPIs
- Proficiency in retail management systems and POS technology
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of consumer products or wellness industry preferred
