Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, train, and motivate retail sales teams to achieve sales targets
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management and visual merchandising
- Implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns to drive revenue
- Monitor staff performance through KPI tracking and provide constructive feedback
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently maintained
- Coordinate with suppliers and manage stock replenishment processes

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of retail management experience in consumer products
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and team development
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
