Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales KPIs.
- Monitor store inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to drive foot traffic and customer engagement.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to retail staff to foster professional growth.
- Handle customer escalations with a solution-oriented approach to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Analyze daily sales reports and provide actionable insights to management to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and operational procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Retail Supervisor or Team Lead with at least 2 years of industry experience.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and local dialects.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
