- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective store sales targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming and personalized shopping experience for every client.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and accurate inventory control.
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain a polished, organized, and appealing store environment.
- Identify and build relationships with key clients to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Assist customers with styling advice and detailed product knowledge to enhance their shopping journey.
- Manage stock replenishment and coordinate with the warehouse for timely deliveries.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Retail Sales Supervisor or Assistant Manager in the luxury or fashion retail sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, and motivate junior staff members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a focus on high-end customer satisfaction.
