Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Lead, motivate, and train the sales team to achieve individual and store targets.
- Drive sales performance through effective merchandising and customer engagement strategies.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management and stocktaking.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to reflect the Montigo brand image.
- Report daily sales figures and operational issues to the Area Manager.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a retail supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets and KPIs.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant retail certifications are preferred.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
