As a Retail Sales Supervisor, you will be the heartbeat of our store operations. You will lead by example, mentoring our team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving store sales performance. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate store staff to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and operational standards.
- Maintain high levels of visual merchandising standards to enhance brand image and drive customer engagement.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and concerns to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and loss prevention measures.
- Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify opportunities for revenue growth and operational improvement.
- Foster a collaborative and high-energy work culture that aligns with Montigo’s brand values.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail sales or store supervision, preferably in the lifestyle or consumer goods sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malay (Mandarin is a plus).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
- Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic inventory management software.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required by retail business hours.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
