Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure maximum productivity and store aesthetics.
- Supervise, train, and motivate sales associates to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and ensure accurate visual merchandising standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns to drive foot traffic and conversion.
- Monitor sales reports and operational KPIs, providing regular performance updates to management.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, safety, and security protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of retail sales experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong passion for retail excellence and deep understanding of sales techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malay (proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage).
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets and driving team performance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a high-traffic environment.
- Flexible to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts as per outlet requirements.
- Tech-savvy with experience in using POS systems and basic retail management software.
