- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor inventory levels and execute stock replenishment to ensure product availability.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve escalated issues efficiently.
- Train new staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
- Manage store cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and operational schedules.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and implement strategies for improvement.
- Handle cash handling and POS operations with accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a retail supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic computer operations.
- Passion for fashion/lifestyle and a customer-centric mindset.
- Valid SSM registration or relevant employment documents.
