We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and capable Retail Sales Supervisor to lead our store team and drive exceptional performance.
As a Retail Sales Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store, from opening to closing. You will supervise sales staff, manage schedules, coordinate with the merchandising team, and ensure that sales targets are consistently met or exceeded. Your leadership will be key to creating a welcoming and efficient environment that encourages customer loyalty and repeat business.

- Supervise and coordinate daily store operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales associates to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle escalated inquiries or complaints professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and manage replenishment to minimize stockouts.
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines to maintain attractive and organized displays.
- Train new hires and ongoing staff development to ensure high performance and product knowledge.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- At least 2 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team-leading role.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in POS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in retail management or related field is an advantage.
- Passion for fashion and customer service.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
