Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor retail staff to achieve individual and store-wide sales targets.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment, stock takes, and loss prevention.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store cleanliness in alignment with brand guidelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any consumer-related inquiries or issues professionally.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the store management team to execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Possess at least a Diploma or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English and Malay.
- Proven ability to drive sales performance and meet challenging KPIs.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
- Energetic, proactive, and a natural problem-solver.
