Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and demonstrating product knowledge.
- Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain the visual appearance of the store to reflect the Wismilak brand standards.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and stocktaking.
- Educate customers about new product launches and ongoing promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with the retail team to ensure smooth store operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education level: Diploma IV (S1 equivalent).
- Open to Fresh Graduates or candidates with experience in distribution/sales.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales goals.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems.
- Willingness to work full-time, including weekends and holidays as required.
