We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Shop Manager to lead our Kuala Lumpur City Centre location. As a Retail Shop Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing daily operations, and delivering exceptional customer experiences that reflect our brand's luxury heritage. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets
- Implement visual merchandising standards to create an attractive shopping environment
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to drive business growth
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Conduct regular staff performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in luxury goods or fragrance industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and retail operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Proficiency in retail management software and MS Office applications
