Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and motivate the retail team to meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and manage customer inquiries or feedback effectively.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure stock availability.
- Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance store appeal and drive conversion.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness and organization.
- Prepare regular sales performance reports for management review.
- Train and mentor junior staff members to improve overall service quality.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in retail or sales management.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle customer escalations with patience and professionalism.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting KPIs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in basic POS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
