Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly, provide excellent customer service, and assist them with product inquiries and selections.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, handle cash and card transactions accurately, and process returns or exchanges efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including shelving, displays, and common areas.
- Receive, unpack, and stock merchandise, ensuring proper placement and rotation of products.
- Monitor inventory levels, report discrepancies, and assist with regular stock counts.
- Assist in opening and closing store procedures, including securing the premises and preparing for the next business day.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and courteously, escalating when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in a retail, customer service, or similar public-facing role is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions and managing inventory.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in operating POS systems and basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
