As the Retail Showroom Manager at VKN JEWELLERS & MD SDN BHD, you will be the driving force behind our exceptional customer experience and sales performance in our prestigious Penang showroom. This leadership role requires a dynamic individual with a passion for luxury retail and a proven track record in showroom management. You will oversee all daily operations, from staff management and inventory control to visual merchandising and customer service excellence. Your primary objective will be to drive sales growth while maintaining the highest standards of brand representation and customer satisfaction. You will lead by example, mentoring your team to achieve their sales targets and providing personalized service that reflects the premium nature of our jewelry collection. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and motivate the showroom team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Oversee daily showroom operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Train, develop, and mentor staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement strategies to maximize revenue
- Ensure compliance with company policies, security procedures, and retail standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP customers to drive repeat business and referrals
- Coordinate with marketing team to implement promotional activities and events in the showroom
- Manage inventory, including receiving, displaying, and ordering products to ensure optimal stock levels
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in luxury jewelry or high-end retail
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving showroom growth
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team management, training, and development
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Knowledge of jewelry products, materials, and industry trends
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as required
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office applications
