  • Greet and welcome customers with a warm, professional, and inviting attitude.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and assisting with product selections and styling.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean, tidy, and visually appealing store environment.
  • Assist in inventory management, including checking stock levels and reporting shortages to management.
  • Upsell products and suggest complementary gift items to enhance the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and store performance goals.

Kualifikasi

  • Singaporean Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
  • Passion for lifestyle products and a genuine interest in Peranakan culture is a plus.
