- Greet and welcome customers with a warm, professional, and inviting attitude.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and assisting with product selections and styling.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean, tidy, and visually appealing store environment.
- Assist in inventory management, including checking stock levels and reporting shortages to management.
- Upsell products and suggest complementary gift items to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and store performance goals.
Kualifikasi
- Singaporean Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Passion for lifestyle products and a genuine interest in Peranakan culture is a plus.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team-oriented environment.
