- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations
- Manage sales transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Execute visual merchandising to enhance store aesthetics and product displays
- Conduct inventory management and stock replenishment activities
- Build customer relationships through follow-up engagement and loyalty programs
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Participate in product knowledge training and stay updated on industry trends
Kualifikasi
- Must be domiciled in Bali with local residency proof
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Genuine passion for essential oils and natural wellness products
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and POS system familiarity
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Positive attitude with problem-solving aptitude
