Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver an exceptional, personalized shopping experience to every customer entering the high-end retail environment.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through proactive engagement.
- Demonstrate comprehensive technical knowledge of premium consumer products to provide expert recommendations.
- Maintain impeccable store visual merchandising standards in alignment with luxury brand guidelines.
- Manage inventory accurately, including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and handling high-value merchandise.
- Process customer transactions efficiently and securely using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with VIP clients to encourage brand loyalty and repeat business.
- Assist in the execution of in-store marketing events, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in luxury retail, high-end consumer electronics, or premium customer service.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is a significant advantage.
- Proven ability to close sales and influence customer purchasing decisions in a high-value setting.
- A professional appearance with an elegant and approachable demeanor suitable for a luxury brand.
- Basic understanding of consumer technology trends and a willingness to learn complex product features.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
