Tanggung Jawab
- Assist Store Manager in daily operations, staff scheduling, and performance monitoring
- Train and develop retail staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards
- Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance store appeal and product presentation
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and conduct cycle counts
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations while maintaining brand loyalty
- Analyze sales metrics and identify opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, loss prevention measures, and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in team training and development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in retail management software and POS systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
