Tanggung Jawab
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective product promotion and upselling techniques
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases
- Manage store inventory, including stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual standards according to company guidelines
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily store operations
- Actively participate in product knowledge training to stay updated on new offerings
- Report sales performance and customer feedback to store management
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customer-focused mindset
- Basic numeracy and familiarity with POS systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets in previous roles
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle store merchandise
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; English is a plus
