Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily inventory operations including receiving, storing, and distributing merchandise
- Maintain accurate stock records and reconcile discrepancies
- Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
- Assist customers with product inquiries, purchases, and returns
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking and inventory replenishment
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions securely
- Monitor stock levels and report on inventory trends to management
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years of experience in retail or inventory management
- Proficiency in inventory management software and basic MS Office applications
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to handle physical tasks including lifting and moving merchandise
