Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Drive sales and achieve monthly targets through effective team management and merchandising.
- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff to ensure high performance and strong team culture.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct stock takes, and minimize shrinkage.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer feedback or complaints.
- Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance the shopping experience.
- Monitor financial performance, control expenses, and prepare reports for management.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in retail store management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible hours including weekends.
