As a Retail Store Manager, you will be the driving force behind our store's success. You will take full ownership of the day-to-day operations, from managing a talented team of sales associates to ensuring our inventory is perfectly aligned with customer demand. Your primary objective will be to achieve sales targets, enhance profitability, and cultivate a store environment that reflects the innovative spirit of RPG Commerce.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and identifying new opportunities for growth within the competitive Kuala Lumpur market. Fostering a culture of excellence is key, which involves recruiting, training, and mentoring your team to deliver exceptional customer service that drives loyalty and repeat business.
Visual merchandising standards are paramount. You will work closely with the marketing and buying teams to execute promotional campaigns and ensure the store layout is optimized for maximum customer engagement and conversion. Managing operational budgets, controlling costs, and mitigating shrinkage through best practices in inventory control will be critical components of your role.

- Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team to consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, stock control, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new team members, fostering a collaborative and customer-centric culture.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to develop strategic action plans for driving revenue and profitability.
- Ensure the highest standards of customer service are met, resolving customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Manage the store's budget, control operational costs, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to execute in-store promotions and events that enhance brand visibility and customer traffic.
- Maintain a safe and compliant working environment in accordance with company policies and local regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving operational excellence.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Solid understanding of retail financial metrics and P&L management.
- Passion for the retail industry and a keen eye for visual merchandising.
- Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
