Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Retail, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3-5 years in retail management with proven sales leadership
- Experience in high-volume or airport retail environments preferred
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and POS software
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and peak travel seasons
