Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day retail operations, ensuring peak efficiency and adherence to brand standards.
- Drive store sales performance by implementing localized promotional strategies and analyzing weekly sales reports.
- Lead, recruit, train, and motivate store staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve individual KPIs.
- Manage stock inventory, including ordering, receiving, and organizing stocktakes to minimize shrinkage.
- Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation in line with corporate guidelines.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and escalations professionally to maintain brand loyalty.
- Manage store administrative duties, including staff scheduling, cash reconciliation, and cost control.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in retail store management, preferably within footwear, fashion, or consumer products.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding retail sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing, coaching, and motivating a diverse retail team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and staff.
- Proficiency in retail point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic inventory management software.
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shift schedules.
- A proactive problem-solver with strong business acumen and organizational skills.
