- Drive and achieve aggressive sales targets, KPIs, and profitability goals through effective planning and execution.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the store team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Oversee all daily store operations, including visual merchandising, stock management, and adherence to company standards.
- Implement effective expense control measures and optimize labor scheduling to maximize store profitability.
- Ensure an outstanding customer experience by maintaining high store standards and resolving customer inquiries efficiently.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff, conducting performance reviews and fostering career growth within the team.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Safeguard company assets, ensure compliance with all operational policies, and maintain a safe and secure environment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive retail management experience, preferably within a fashion, apparel, or sportswear brand.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, managing KPIs, and driving profitability in a retail environment.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop staff.
- Strong business acumen, including proficiency in retail financial management and operational processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
