Are you a high-performing retail leader ready to make your mark on a global stage? Rockfish is officially debuting in Singapore, and we are opening our flagship store at the iconic ION Orchard. We are looking for an ambitious, hands-on Retail Store Manager to lead our brand launch, cultivate a world-class team, and deliver the premium British heritage experience to our Singaporean customers.
As the face of Rockfish at ION Orchard, you will not just manage a store; you will shape a cult-favorite brand. We need a strategic operator who balances operational excellence with a passion for elevated customer service and team mentorship. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the successful launch and daily operations of our flagship ION Orchard store.
- Drive store revenue and profitability by monitoring KPIs, inventory levels, and operational costs.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performance retail team focused on brand storytelling and exceptional service.
- Develop and implement local marketing and in-store engagement strategies to drive foot traffic.
- Maintain premium visual merchandising standards consistent with the Rockfish global brand identity.
- Ensure full compliance with retail safety regulations, store policies, and operational procedures.
- Analyze sales reports and market trends to provide actionable insights to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a premium or luxury fashion/lifestyle sector.
- Proven track record of managing flagship stores or high-traffic retail environments.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience in coaching and developing diverse teams.
- Strong business acumen with proficiency in retail management software and inventory systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to act as a brand ambassador.
- Deep understanding of the Singapore retail landscape, specifically the Orchard Road shopping district.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-style environment.
