- Lead and inspire a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Oversee all store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and staff training

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; additional certifications in luxury retail are a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with at least 2 years in luxury brands
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful teams
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of luxury retail trends and customer expectations
- Proficiency in retail management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
