- Oversee and coordinate daily store operations to ensure maximum efficiency, productivity, and adherence to company standards.
- Lead, recruit, and mentor a high-performing retail team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous professional development.
- Analyze sales performance data and KPIs to develop and implement strategies for increasing store revenue and profitability.
- Manage inventory levels effectively, including stock takes, procurement, and ensuring high visual merchandising standards.
- Resolve customer complaints and feedback promptly to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Prepare and manage the store budget, including labor costs, operational expenses, and local promotional activities.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and security regulations to provide a safe environment for both staff and customers.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or in a similar leadership role within the retail and consumer products sector.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a heavy focus on customer relationship management.
- Solid understanding of retail business processes, including proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software.
