Are you a high-energy retail leader with a passion for driving operational excellence? KKV Supply Chain is looking for an experienced Retail Store Manager to oversee our flagship location in Kuching. As a key player in our rapid expansion, you will be responsible for translating our global brand vision into local retail success. We operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment that demands sharp commercial acumen, a focus on visual merchandising, and a dedication to superior customer service.
In this role, you will take full ownership of the store’s P&L, inventory management, and team development. You will be instrumental in creating an engaging in-store experience that keeps our customers coming back. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and motivate a large team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs.
- Oversee end-to-end daily operations, including inventory control, visual merchandising standards, and store cleanliness.
- Manage the store's P&L, focusing on cost-efficiency, waste reduction, and maximizing gross margin.
- Implement and maintain rigorous customer service standards to ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Coordinate with supply chain and corporate teams to manage stock replenishment and promotional launches.
- Conduct regular staff training sessions to improve product knowledge and upselling techniques.
- Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, and operational protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a high-volume or large-format retail setting.
- Proven ability to manage teams of 20+ staff members.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and report on performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Demonstrated experience in inventory management and supply chain coordination.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts as required by the retail cycle.
- Proficiency in POS systems and retail management software.
