Tanggung Jawab
- Lead daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Drive sales performance through team coaching, customer engagement strategies, and promotional execution
- Recruit, train, and develop retail staff to maintain high service standards and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and loss prevention protocols
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and implement actionable improvement strategies
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate product arrivals to optimize stock availability
- Foster a positive team culture that aligns with Kashkha's brand values and customer-first approach
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years in retail management with proven team leadership experience
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (verbal and written) is essential
- Strong knowledge of fashion retail trends, inventory systems, and visual merchandising
- Excellent conflict resolution and customer relationship management skills
- Ability to analyze KPIs and implement data-driven operational improvements
- Proficiency in retail management software and MS Office applications
- Malaysian citizenship or valid work permit required
