As the Store Manager, you will be the brand's ultimate ambassador, responsible for driving sales, developing a talented team, and delivering a world-class customer experience that keeps shoppers coming back.
You will dive deep into the retail P&L – from inventory management and visual merchandising to sales analysis and staff scheduling. Your leadership will directly shape the store's culture and performance. We are looking for a 'captain of the ship' who is hands-on, competitive, and obsessed with quality.
To be successful, you will need 2-3 years of proven experience managing a fashion or lifestyle retail store. You have strong coaching and communication skills, a solid grasp of retail KPIs, and the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced mall environment. Experience in the KLCC/KL area is a strong plus.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of retail sales associates to consistently achieve store sales targets and KPIs.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash management, and stock control.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met and elevated to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Implement visual merchandising strategies that maximize product appeal and align strictly with brand guidelines.
- Recruit, train, and develop store talent, building a strong succession pipeline for the growing brand.
- Analyze sales reports and customer feedback to identify business opportunities and areas for operational improvement.
- Maintain stringent inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, stock takes, and audits.
- Act as the primary brand ambassador for Montigo, fostering a positive, high-energy store culture.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in fashion, lifestyle, or premium retail.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of retail KPIs, sales forecasting, and P&L management.
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Passion for the menswear industry and the Montigo brand aesthetic.
- Must be willing to work retail hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Experience managing a store in a premium high-traffic mall such as Suria KLCC, Pavilion KL, or similar is a strong advantage.
