- Lead, train, and motivate retail teams to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue and market share growth
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards and resolve escalations effectively
- Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize product assortment and promotions
- Manage staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and professional development
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and retail standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years retail management experience with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Strong analytical skills with experience in P&L management and sales forecasting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with diverse stakeholders
- Proven track record in team development and performance management
- Knowledge of retail operations, inventory control, and visual merchandising
- Proficiency in retail management software and MS Office Suite
