Tanggung Jawab
- Drive and achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) through strategic planning.
- Lead, recruit, and mentor a team of retail associates to ensure peak performance and professional growth.
- Manage daily store operations, including inventory control, stock replenishment, and loss prevention protocols.
- Execute and maintain high-standard visual merchandising strategies to enhance brand presence and attract foot traffic.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure a high level of satisfaction through personalized service and conflict resolution.
- Analyze weekly sales data and market trends to provide actionable insights to the senior leadership team.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, local safety regulations, and operational standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in retail management or a similar leadership role in a high-volume environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales targets and managing store profitability.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a hands-on approach to coaching and developing team members.
- Solid understanding of retail operational processes, including POS systems and inventory management software.
- Adaptable, proactive, and capable of making critical decisions in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required by the retail schedule.
