We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Retail Store Specialist to join the dynamic team at Dj Buyers Block in Antipolo City, Rizal. As a Retail Store Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, managing store operations, and driving sales to meet business goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries, purchases, and after-sales support.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards to create an inviting shopping environment.
- Manage inventory levels, including stocking shelves, conducting stock counts, and ensuring accurate product labeling.
- Process sales transactions efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash, credit, and other payment methods.
- Monitor and report sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to management.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets and contribute to a positive work atmosphere.
- Assist in training new staff and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions to effectively engage customers and up-sell where appropriate.
Qualifications:
- At least high school graduate or equivalent; college degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is an advantage.
- Proven experience in retail, sales, or customer service role is preferred but not required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and comfortable using POS systems.
- Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and shifting hours as needed.
- Must be willing to work in Antipolo City, Rizal and able to start immediately.
