Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of retail associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash management, and adherence to company policies.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met, resolving customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Drive sales performance by setting targets, monitoring individual and team progress, and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Manage inventory, including receiving, stocking, merchandising, and conducting regular stock takes to minimize shrinkage.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to create an attractive and engaging shopping environment.
- Assist with staff training and development, including onboarding new hires and providing ongoing coaching.
- Monitor store cleanliness and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience (2+ years) in a retail supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with customers and team members.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive store performance.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- A keen eye for visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
- Prior experience with inventory management and cash handling procedures.
