Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily inventory operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing stock in an organized manner.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records to prevent discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing retail environment for both staff and customers.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure product availability and restock shelves promptly.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Implement and follow all store safety protocols and security measures to protect company assets.
- Update inventory management systems and prepare regular stock reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- SPM or Diploma in any field is preferred.
- Previous experience in retail or warehouse operations is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with basic computer systems and inventory software is a plus.
- Good communication skills in English and Malay.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- A high level of integrity and attention to detail regarding stock handling.
