Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and optimize daily store operations to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Supervise, mentor, and develop retail team members to achieve performance targets
- Implement visual merchandising standards and maintain store presentation excellence
- Analyze sales data and execute strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and loss prevention protocols
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve escalations, and build long-term relationships
- Coordinate staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and retail industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years retail experience with 1+ years in supervisory role
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in retail management software (e.g., POS systems)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is advantageous
