Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, motivate, and develop retail staff through daily coaching and performance management
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards while resolving inquiries and complaints
- Monitor store operations including inventory control, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
- Analyze sales data to implement strategies for achieving KPIs and revenue goals
- Coordinate staff scheduling and ensure compliance with company policies
- Train team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and brand values
- Maintain store presentation standards to enhance customer experience
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of retail supervisory experience in fashion/sports industry
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets and KPIs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in retail management systems and POS technology
- Passion for sports and fitness industry trends
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
