Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate retail teams to achieve sales targets and service excellence
- Develop and implement staff training programs on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement
- Monitor store operations, inventory levels, and visual merchandising standards
- Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and retail best practices
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve escalations, and maintain satisfaction metrics
- Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams for promotions and stock management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of retail supervisory experience in consumer products
- Proven track record of team leadership and sales performance improvement
- Strong communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of retail operations, inventory systems, and visual merchandising
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in retail management software and MS Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
