Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth workflow and high productivity.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer escalations with professionalism.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising standards.
- Conduct regular staff training and provide coaching to improve performance and product knowledge.
- Implement and maintain company policies, safety standards, and security protocols.
- Prepare regular sales reports and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify growth opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the retail industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Malay and English.
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- High energy, self-motivated, and a natural team leader.
