Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth workflows and exceptional service delivery.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales promoters to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Manage end-to-end stock inventory, including ordering, receiving, and conducting regular cycle counts.
- Execute and maintain visual merchandising guidelines to enhance store visibility and product appeal.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure prompt resolution to maintain brand reputation.
- Coordinate with regional leads to implement promotional campaigns and product launches.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the retail sector.
- Proven track record in driving sales growth and managing store inventory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead diverse teams.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and modern point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and operational efficiency.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by business needs.
