Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth workflows and consistent service delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve individual and store-wide sales targets.
- Manage inventory levels, including replenishment, stocktakes, and ensuring product availability.
- Uphold excellent visual merchandising standards in line with global brand guidelines.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and escalations with a high degree of professionalism and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and airport security regulations.
- Prepare accurate shift reports and analyze sales metrics to drive business growth.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Retail Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in luxury retail, travel retail, or high-end fashion.
- Proven ability to lead a diverse team and foster a high-performance culture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English (fluency in additional languages is a plus).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Able to perform shift work, including weekends and public holidays, to support airport operations.
- Demonstrated passion for customer service and a professional appearance.
