Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure seamless business performance and customer satisfaction.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a high-performing retail team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Assign daily tasks and monitor staff performance to ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards.
- Resolve customer escalations and conflicts professionally to maintain the Hugo Boss reputation.
- Conduct regular product training and team coaching sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and ensure visual merchandising standards are impeccably maintained.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for store management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role within a retail environment (Luxury or Premium fashion preferred).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- A deep passion for fashion and an understanding of the luxury market landscape.
- Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office suite.
- Professional presentation and customer-centric mindset.
- Flexible work schedule availability, including weekends and public holidays.
