Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily store operations and ensure a high standard of customer service.
- Train, motivate, and manage a team of retail staff to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Oversee visual merchandising and stock control to optimize inventory levels.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct regular staff shifts, rostering, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within retail.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualifications in business or retail management are a plus.
- Possession of a valid driver's license is an advantage.
