Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure productivity and efficiency.
- Supervise and mentor retail staff to ensure high levels of customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and manage product displays.
- Ensure compliance with company safety, health, and security procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and conflict resolution in a professional manner.
- Assist in managing staff scheduling and shift handovers.
- Prepare daily sales reports and maintain accurate store records.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or store operations is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly organized with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Physical stamina to handle retail floor operations.
