Tanggung Jawab
- Shadow store supervisors to learn daily store opening and closing procedures.
- Assist in managing inventory levels, stock replenishment, and merchandise display standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve product inquiries or customer concerns effectively.
- Support the store management team in monitoring sales targets and operational KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company operational policies at all times.
- Assist in the training and guidance of new store associates.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment for customers.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; Diploma or Degree holders are encouraged to apply.
- Strong passion for the retail industry and a desire to grow into a leadership role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Malay and English.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently or within a team.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to handle POS systems.
- Prior experience in customer service or retail operations is an added advantage.
