- Oversee and manage daily cashiering operations, ensuring accurate transactions, cash reconciliation, and adherence to company policies.
- Supervise and train cashier staff, providing guidance and support to maintain high standards of customer service and efficiency.
- Manage store inventory, including receiving, stocking, cycle counts, stock transfers, and merchandise display.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to minimize discrepancies and prevent losses.
- Implement and monitor security procedures related to cash handling and inventory control.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, cash flow, and inventory status for management review.
- Ensure the store premises and stockroom are well-maintained, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and inquiries efficiently and professionally.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field; vocational course graduates with extensive experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) in retail operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role focused on cashiering and inventory.
- Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures, POS systems, and inventory management software.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) for reporting and analysis.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Resident of Fairview, Metro Manila, or willing to commute to the area.
