Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and motivate retail teams to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
- Manage daily store operations, including inventory control and visual merchandising
- Train and develop staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company procedures
- Implement promotional strategies and drive sales through effective customer engagement
- Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and loss prevention measures
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain brand reputation
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience with supervisory or team leadership background
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and retail operations software
- Excellent problem-solving skills with customer-centric approach
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business/retail preferred
