An established retail operator is seeking a dedicated and energetic Retail Supervisor to lead our team in Lenggong, Perak. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure a smooth, efficient, and welcoming shopping environment.
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate retail staff, ensuring high levels of productivity and excellent customer service.
- Manage inventory levels, monitor stock rotation, and oversee efficient product replenishment.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently met to maximize sales appeal.
- Handle Point of Sale (POS) systems, cash reconciliation, and accurate daily sales reporting.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Enforce compliance with company policies, safety standards, and security procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of SPM, STPM, or Diploma in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in a supervisory or senior retail role.
- Strong leadership skills with the proven ability to manage, train, and inspire a retail team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (fluency in Bahasa Malaysia is required).
- Proficient in basic computer applications and standard retail POS systems.
- Willingness to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented.
